Your version of access32 expected a dictionary file to be inside a 
GWMicro folder. This leads me to believe that one of these are true:
1. GWMicro may have played a larger role in the creation of this than 
you believe
2. This particular version may have been created expressly for GWMicro's 
window-eyes
