[DECtalk] getting the software dectalk run time for linux working with any linux screen reader

Hey Nick,

Yep, tried contacting Fonix a few times. First two, I didn't get any
response. The thrid and final, they said they'd be able to package me
up a copy of DT 5 and asked how many licenses I wanted. After I
elaborated and said what OS I was using and only one single personal
use license ...

silence. I followed up two weeks later, and got nothing. So screw
Fonix. They had their chance, and fonixTalk sucks and oh well. Maybe
SpeechPlayer can be ported for Linux. *sigh*
