[DECtalk] getting the software dectalk run time for linux working with any linux screen reader

Hi, I have upgraded to the latest stable debian kernel and my dectalk 
express works just fine as well as espeak so not sure what the issue you 
are having is.  Was the software dectalk run time 4.6.1?  Nick Gawronski
