[DECtalk] concerns about sapi voices on grossgang.com

There is a program called balibolka that combines the two systems together
so you can use all of the voices. This is a text reader application.
There's also a program called DSpeech that I use that can use sapi4 and
sapi5 voices. But as far as I know, I don't think there's a program that
will let your screen readers access the sapi4 voices unless it supports
sapi4 directly.
And to try to answer your question furthermore there doesn't seem to be a
program that will convert sapi4 voices to be used on sapi5, they are two
totally different APIs.

I know that. What I'm wanting to know is if there's any program to make
SAPI4 synths work under SAPI5 so you can use them with applications that
only support SAPI5.
