[DECtalk] sapi dectalk problum

That's a known problem.  There is no known fix for that as I know of.  Ever 
since the original fonix dectalk package for sapi4, it's been broken ever 
since.  Best thing to do is only install the sapi5 version only.

Hi,
I am having problems with the sapi4 dectalk that is included in
the dectalk 4.61 sdk for windows.
When I am in the list of sapi4 voices in nvda, and i stumble on a
dectalk voice, nvda freezes.
Is there a missing file that i need to install?
