[DECtalk] something i heard

well, it would be usefull for people who want dectalk in there devices and wo because of other pcs running windows 7 can't make use out of the speak windows and who want a more fully version of dectalk that would use the commands and sing unlike the current sapi dectalk that has circulated on this list. That's why people haven't given up on a perfect sapi dectalk with the limmitations of the current one. I hope that this summarizes why a sapi dectalk with not just the voices but the rest of the stuff that makes dectalk well, dectalk would still be needed.
