[DECtalk] Any news?

I think what's more important is for it to be representative of Dectalk and Klatt's work. That's all we can ask for. If it meets this criteria, and users don't like it, then theoretically they don't like Dectalk. I say theoretically because we don't know if it'll actually do it or not. If it doesn't, then that's a completely different ball game.
