[DECtalk] USB sample

I doubt very highly much that anyone is actually manufacturing any hardware
DECtalk's anymore.

As for the trivia question, it's a very tricky but the old DTC 01 would've
had the problem. Neither Dennis nor I was aware of the fact that there are
two music scales. A physicist scale and the music scales differing slightly
in the definition of the pitches, middle C is not the same on both. As soon
as we realized the difference we fixed it.
