[DECtalk] Status of the archive

Hi,

     Actually, as far as I know, it is not possible to make Eloquence sing. 
I'm pretty sure he just recorded it saying the phrase in question, then used 
effects, E.G. probably a vocoder, to make it sound sort of like it was 
singing. But it really wasn't. Man, we need a good, easy to use, 
high-quality singing synthesizer! Anyone know if Yamaha's Vocaloid is 
accessible? I'd tend to bet against it.
