[DECtalk] Status of the archive

Sign me up for the zip file. I agree that an iso is a huge pain, especially 
if you are not used to dealing with that sort of file. A protected zip file, 
even though it would be huge, seems the best route. This would also stop 
people from just listening to the file once, then opening it again when they 
want to listen to it again. Besides, maybe someone could have it on their 
local machine and receive submitions for addition; they could add the new 
files manually, re-zip, re-upload, and there we go. Not as pretty as ftp, 
but I think it would work okay.
