[DECtalk] Status of the archive

um tony,
what on the archive is illeagle or adult content?
I haven't seen anything that is yet
and I also have been trying to make some dectelk files but no success yet rofl
and does anyone know if I is possible to nake elequence sing or
anything nifty like dectalk?
