[DECtalk] Reminder, DECtalk archive closing

I was about to the day he started, but mid way writing he said that I should 
stop and he'll do it. well, he didn't. I'l ask him to subscribe to this 
list. he's probably busy with qwitter so that's why he didn't do it yet.
