[DECtalk] notes for some songs

I have not gotten it to work, then again I only just got it today 
and tried it once; I mistyped the path name so it gave me an 
error.  Once I associate .dec files with it (and rename all my 
txt dt files to .dec--gotta love dos) it will become much more 
helpful.
