[DECtalk] dectalk access32 info and dectalk usb questions

Dectalk access32 4.41 doesn't work with Vista and jaws
so if you want a dectalk you'd have to buy a dectalk
usb.  However, can the fermware of the dectalk usb be
downgraded to sound like a dectalk express?  Thanks
