[DECtalk] For Tony, about BitTorrent tracker Mininova.org

Actually, now that I think about it, I may have a PHP tracker installed on 
my own server. That would solve the tracker problem. What I'm waiting for is 
the archive to stabilize. As far as I know, once a torrent is created, it is 
what it is, and can't be changed. That is, you could add more files to the 
copy of the archive you eventually get from the torrent, but the torrent 
itself references certain specific files, with specific sizes and error 
checking data. Once the .torrent file is made, it is what it is. Even one 
new upload to the archive the next day would make the torrent outdated, 
because that new file wouldn't be included. I think it's a great idea, and 
will probably do it. Should I zip up the archive as it currently stands at 
some point, then torrent that?
