[DECtalk] I will no longer uploading files to the dectalk archve

This is a strange one, I've really no idea why it's happening.  Regarding 
your E-mails, any responses I tried to send bounced.

"You may email me at any time, and please allow up to three days for a 
response, ..."
Not to be rude here, but as far as I can tell your own E-mails were sent 
less than twelve hours apart from each other and you barely allowed a day 
for any response to come in.  I think waiting three days is only polite.

Yes, it does.  I couldn't tell you exactly where they were but they are
