[DECtalk] strange things with DecTalk USB

Ah, my fault.  Sorry.  I meant 4.2CD.  I thought that version number 
wasn't right but I couldn't remember.  Oops.  Too bad life doesn't 
have an oops command to fix silly mistakes like this.  Sorry!
