[BookFair] Answering Alice's questions

Marilyn,
I was speaking with Deborah Kendrick this evening, and she reminded me about
the book fair. To be honest, I forgot that I had signed up to be part of it,
and then I was out of town. As I was preparing for that trip and reading all
the messages about it, I knew I wouldn't be able to participate. I neglected
to tell you all though, because I forgot I had signed up. Anyway, I don't
have time to prepare, as I just got back late last night. Please pass along
my apologies to those who have worked so hard to arrange this meeting.

Hi,

In answer to Alice's question: There will be a page on our website 
accompanying the conference recording. We would like to be consistent, 
however, some people are presenting one book, and some are presenting 
several books. We haven't resolved the consistency issue, but rest 
assured that page will include links or contact information for each 
author. We're not sure what else we need to include, but you will 
probably have some options. We still think it is important to include 
information during your presentation because some people might prefer to 
write down the information at the time, and some listeners may not have 
full access to links, etc.

We don't know the answer to her *5 question. We'll do some experimenting 
later tonight and check further with Free Conference Call. Hopefully we 
won't have to use *5 because a single use means anyone can unmute 
themselves, and a double use might cut out the other moderator.
