[Blindapple] help getting started with the windows games

I have read the readme file. 
Could you provide the stepps for loading a disk into the emulator along with the commands?

  To play Apple2 games on Windows, you need to use an emulator called Mess. Have you downloaded the emulator? If not, that is the first thing to do.

  After downloading and extracting the archive, I recommend reading the readme. Loading a disk into the emulator requires a long and somewhat complex command.
