The really quick summary is that you will never find gh pronounced as f
at the beginning of a word, and you'll never find ti pronounced as sh at
the end of a word. Looks like only the o pronounced as i in women
actually does what it does in ghoti pronounced as fish. It has always
made me laff, oops I mean laugh though.
