The early Textalker programs (v1.0 and such) had a program with them that forced
the Textalker program to alter the slot it first looked at when looking for the
synth.  Its default is either four or five and this program allows you to change
that slot.  The docs say that usually Textalker works fine but if you have a
slot placement problem to use the program.
