[DECtalk] dectalk v4.0?

The decTalk that jake has on his site, all that decTalk software, is really
excellent! According to old screen reader manuals from 30 or so years ago,
there were several versions of decTalk for pcs back then.

I would like that software as well.  at the moment I am quite seriously
seeking another hardware synthesizer source, I use DOS, and may have found a
dectalk pc  option.
Doing all I can to save my reading edge if at all possible.
