[Rsgames-beta] Scrabble documentation not complete

I looked at the documentation and yes, there do seem to be  some incomplete
sentences and such,  Suspect this will all get worked out after the first of
the year when the game writing elves are back at work.  Until then, hope all
have a very Merry Christmas!
