[Rsgames-beta] Another new Windows Client Availabile

The only thing I'm noticing, and it's not a big deal, is that when I run the installer, it says:

This has happened each time since the first beta.

Some people had issues running the Windows client. I believe I have fixed the issue, please try it here: http://rsgames.org/rsdownloads/rsgames-client-beta-setup-2.2.exe
