[Rsgames-beta] Phonetic Mode

Hi,

I have implemented this feature. You can now toggle phonetic mode on or off
by pressing P. When enabled, all letters will be read phonetically (on the
board, when a player plays a letter, and when reviewing the letters you
have). Please let me know if I'm missed anything.
