[Rsgames-beta] New Windows and Mac Clients Ready for Testing

Hi hi!

Thank you so much for getting this new client ready for testing. At
the current time, I can't download the Windows client because my
Chrome browser keeps saying redirecting, redirecting and not taking me
to the site. This could be user error though. I wouldn't be surprised
in the least if it is. I'll keep trying. When I download it, I will
beta test it. :)
