[Critique Group 2] Maybe tomorrow

Dear Group 2 friends,


     I was hoping to get off to you a poem or something tonight, but the 
submission by the due date will not materialize before midnight.  May I 
have a one-day extension?


     Besides the move complicated by the COVID 19, my cousin passed away 
unexpectedly on Memorial Day; he was found by the police during a 
"wellness check."  He was seven years younger than I--like my little 
brother who grew to be 6'4".  Then, thhis past Monday, my nephew had to 
report for duty with National Guard with only two hours to prepare.  Oh, 
how worried I am about him! Yesterday he and his unit patroled all day 
and into the wee hours--two a.m.Today we received word that a friend 
from long ago passed away.  Once again tonight, I talked with my aunt 
whose son passed away; due to COVID, she does not have the typical nor 
traditional support of family to help her cope with such a tremendous 
loss.  We talk and text frequently.


Hoping I will have time and energy to write tomorrow,
