[Critique Group 2] advisory re. form of submissions

There are some people who cannot  open many attachments for various  
hardware and software reasons. I strongly advise that you send your submissions  
and subsequent critiques via a paste in the body of the e-mail. Yu can send 
both  an attachment and a paste if you wish. there are some publishers that 
will not  accept attachments.
