[Critique Group 2] One member has left us

Hi All, 
I just got notice from Sharon that she is dropping out of our group.  It 
was always my expectation that there would be dropouts. So whereas I hate  
loosing a member, I’m okay with it. As long as we have good attendance, our  
group size is good.  Nevertheless,  there is room now for another member, 
should someone have the interest in  joining.  I don’t think that I  should put 
out a notice to the group at large at this time. How do you all feel  about 
it?
