[Critique Group 1] My computer ate my homework

Something is seriously wrong with nmy computer. I spent over two hours with
a Microsoft Access specialist yesterday and my Word Program continues to
crash. He has kicked me up to a higher level and a level two expert is
supposed to call me today to see if they can solve my issues. We updated
JAWS, turned JAWS off, turned Narrator on, removed all of my personal info
files, tried opening Word in Safe mode, nothing worked. When I was compiling
all of your submissions, I could only get so far before my system locked up.
I can try to braille them out individually, but that doeesn't solve my
problem with each time I open a word file to decide what to send in myself,
I can't work on it for more than ten minutes before it freezes and I can't
do anything, even save it. I'll get my submission in later today if they can
fix things. Weird.
