Hi, everyone, I am not as depressed as this poem might sound.  I process
things and then eat chocolate and play with my cat.

 

 
DAMAGE REPAIR

Floating on morphine in a hospital bed,

I consent to emergency kidney surgery,

The first of two to repair n organ out of place.

A skillful urologist will put

My renal system into working order.

Dare I request additional tests

To learn if the same could be done 

For my shattered, sorrow-filled heart?
