[Critique Group 1] new monitor

Hi group1, 

I only got 1 person who was interested in calling about a change of leadership. So I started to think again of how we could effeft the change without disruption. We could have someone sit in while I  could continue to monitor the  meetings.  The next time we met, they would be prepared to enter with a poem or piece of prose.  After that you could continue to monitor yourselves.  How would that be?
