[Critique Group 1] dialing and recording access information

The dial-in number is  641-715-3288. It will prompt for the access code. 
Participants will enter 339052  pound.  
Any  caller can press star 6 at any time to mute themselves, and star 6 
again to  unmute. 
To  play back a conference recording, dial 641-715-3378. Enter the access 
code  339052 pound. You'll be asked for a reference number, or to hit pound 
to play  the most recent recording. As far as I know, reference numbers will 
start with  1. When playback starts, you'll be given instructions for 
rewinding, fast  forwarding, and pausing. It usually takes a few minutes after a 
conference is  complete for its recording to become available for playback.

On the above: the first recording has  already been done. since it was the 
first one, it is referenced as number 1.  That's confusing because it was 
for group 2 which preceded group 1 in the  recording order. Isn't that fun! 
The  acoustics were wonderful last night. Everybody came in loud and clear. 
Much  better than in our other general line. We did not have to hit the 
star key to  mute, because the telephones did not interfer with each other's 
reception.   also, some of the critiques were pre-recorded and the phones 
picked them up just  as clearly as if we were in the same room.  
Remember  to keep your presentations to under 5 minutes.
