It was said that it existed in MA. If you google it you find nothing. If you look on the state of MA's business directories, you find nothing. I've also checked every other state, in case there was a mistake. There is no company called Human Voice LLC in the US. Additionally if you look at the BTSpeak itself, Dectalk there is exactly the same as the version on the Dectalk GitHub.
