I developed a new SAPI5 interface for DECtalk last year, and that is what I use for most of my SAPI5 builds.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Building the SAPI5 DECtalk’s isn’t as straightforward as you might think. You have to build the DECtalk library, build the dictionary compiler, build the dictionary itself, and finally build the installer.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>If you want to make modifications to DECtalk, you have to have some understanding of the C programming language, and how the code itself is structured.
