You can access it by visiting datajake.braillescreen.net.</p><p class=MsoNormal>As far as new DECtalk content that was posted ever since Keybase.pub went down, I got my hands on the SAPI5 version of DECtalk 4.61 that was soled by Enable Rehab. To set the record straight, Enable Rehab was a total rip-off, as they did nothing more than sell the Windows version of DECtalk 4.61 that was released back in 2001. This release included an optional SAPI5 component that only supported US English at the time, as later versions introduced other languages for SAPI5.</p><p class=MsoNormal>I would also like to share a Main Menu interview clip that sheds some light on Window Eyes and DECtalk. They were going to ship 4.62, however they ended up shipping 4.60 R008.
