A compiled version is <a href="https://keybase.pub/datajake1999/Grossgang/tts/dectalk%20software%20and%20manual/DTPad.zip">available on my Keybase</a>, and the source code is <a href="https://github.com/dectalk/DTPad">available on Github.</a></p><p class=MsoNormal>The version of DECtalk I have included is a non-access32 license-free build of DECtalk 4.60 R008, which in my opinion is the last official version that closely resembled classic DECtalk. An Access32 license is initialized when the app starts, so you can use this with official Access32 builds such as 4.41. The name of the licensee I chose is John Madden, which is a reference to a Moonbase Alpha meme. Moonbase Alpha is a game that included a version of DECtalk that sounds like 4.64. There are videos such as <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv6RbEOlqRo">this one</a> of people using the TTS function to say funny things, one of which is “John Madden”.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Have fun!</p><p class=MsoNormal>Jake</p></div></body></html>
