          <p>To clarify Mattias reply a bit: Jake Gross's site has been
            down for months. Some members of this list figured that out
            shortly after he took his site offline.</p>

                create a SAPI5 of DECTalk, I am thinking you might have
                paid hundreds or thousands of dollars.
                People/contracting companies are not hired for free.
                Will you be offering the DECTalk SAPI5 to the DECTalk
                list, or is the installer for your own private use only?
                If you plan to distribute the SAPI5 to other DECTalk
                enthusiasts, will you charge individuals a set fee for
                the installer?</p>

                    scripts is much easier for you guys then just do

                    to implement speech rate and pitch changes.</p>

                    workaround:</p>
                  <p class="MsoNormal">An advanced install wizard. It
                    will automatically configure each time it’s run, and
                    each time it will retain settings from the previous
                    run which were not changed. The install wizard will
                    handle rate and pitch changes. We can also create an
                    optional script that users can run to nudge
                    DecTalk’s rate and pitch</p>

                    ability to adjust pitch volume and speech rate
