The MacinTalk voices can also be made to sing. The programming process is a bit different, you need to specify your pitches exclusively in hertz and you don't get the vibrato effect for free but it can be done. While this works om Mac OS I didn't get it to work on iOS, while some embedded commands were passed through fine the one to enter the synth into phoneme mode didn't work correctly.
