[DECtalk] bestSpeech tts keynote software

Hi Josh and all,

 

I’ve been using the NVDA add-on, it’s nice.  Could BestSpeech be made to work with SAPI5?  That’d be cool.

three months ago, someone found on the internet archive in old abandoned software, they found the Berkeley speech technologies bestSpeech tts, which HumanWare took and renamed to keynote gold. Long story short, we now have this in the form of 32bit software dll and it is now an NVDA addon. In short, it makes NVDA speak with a Keynote Gold tts voice. and also, the audapter synthesizer used an older version of bestSpeech tts. If anyone is interested in this, let me know I can put the link for the addon here.
