Hi again,

It turns out that there's way more interest for this than I originally
expected. I've gotten several messages about it, both here and on the
AudioGames forum.

So, I've just finished updating the info file in the archive with relevant
information, and have now created the new BTSync folder.

The new BTSync key to the DECtalk Archive is:

BYOUZ5NP4J2OQIXH7SDE7HID6NLS26MPI

Please spread the word to anyone who might be interested, so we can get as
many people as possible over to the new folder.

Note: If you're already connected to the old BTSync folder, you can just
disconnect, and connect with the new key and point it to the same folder
with the original content. The folder should then automatically update
itself without having to download the entire archive again.

You can download BitTorrent Sync (BTSync) here:

https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/v594nmaezb6r4ekfetb5s/BTSync-1.3.109.0.exe?rl
key=gpjd8vzcxudwirw7satfsunkn&dl=1

This file is hosted in my Dropbox for now, but I'd appreciate it if someone
could host it in a more permanent place. Jake?

Here is info on how to install BTSync and connect to the folder, taken
directly from the info file in the DECtalk Archive.

The installation process is a little tricky. You will get to a stage where
it will ask you if you have a secret. You will want to select the "No, I
don't" option here.

It will also ask you where you want to store your synced shares. I would
suggest you create a folder for these, something like "synced folders",
under which all of your content will go.

Using windows explorer, go into the folder that you created for syncs, and
create a folder in here called "DECtalk Archive".

When you have finished the installation process, open BTSync. There will be
a list of folders, containing your folder.

Navigate around the BTSync window until you find the add folder button, and
activate it.

In the "Folder to sync" box, paste the following line

BYOUZ5NP4J2OQIXH7SDE7HID6NLS26MPI

Navigate to the browse button and select your "DECtalk Archive" folder.

Press OK and close the window with alt+f4.

You're good to go. The content in the DECtalk Archive folder will begin to
download automatically. You will also be sending the data to others
downloading the folder.

Please make sure to read the info.html file when you've downloaded the
archive.

Kind regards:

Aksel
