[DECtalk] DECtalk archive: Is the interest still there?

Speaking personally?
please do this, if you are willing to take on the effort.
For historical reasons alone it should preserved. It is possible too 
that  documenting such strong interest, and new efforts may motivate those 
holding copyright to allow legally licensed work.
