[DECtalk] What settings do you use for screen reading?

Hey All,

I'm curious: for those who use or used DECtalk with a screen reader, what
voice settings did/do you primarily use? I don't use it anymore in that
context, but in the past I preferred Perfect Paul with pitch 100. I don't
remember my preferred rate.
