[DECtalk] DECtalk 4.2 Software for Windows

Hi Jason: At first I thought you are a Linux guy on the Speakup list? I am 
wondering about that 4.99 Linux version? Can I use that with my DecTalk USB or 
is it only software speech? Thanks so much in advance
