[DECtalk] version for android now in testing

Brandon,
For the project to start, someone would have needed to get permission from 
those  who own dectalk.
You are saying here that this has been done, enough for anyone choosing 
to participate feeling comfortable?
Instead of say, some folks deciding to play with the software on their own.
Thanks for affirming the legality of this effort.
