[DECtalk] version for android now in testing

Hi,

 

I did a Google Search, and found the download link on GitHub.

It does work for me, but I’m not able to change the speed of the voice, and when I type a DECtalk command into the speak window, the app crashes. When I select it in the Android voice settings, it does speak, however it’s very slow and low in pitch, and the pitch doesn’t change when you switch to a different voice. But it is the first version, so I suppose it could be corrected in a future version.

Still, thank you so much to all involved in this project. You are doing an amazing job.
