[DECtalk] decTalk with rate boost for NVDA?

I wonder if decTalk 4.99, would sound better at fast speeds, if a rate
boost option were added, similar to the rate boost option in eSpeak ng and
piper tts? I noticed that by default, if you speed up decTalk, it gets
mushy sounding, as in parts of vowels and consonants are quieted or cut off
a bit, similar to the old keynote gold or bestSpeech tts when you would
speed it up.
