[DECtalk] Maria, Dectalk chatbot

Hi, that is super awesome! I'd love to learn how to make an AI model 
based on the Gutenberg books I have! I can totally pay $20/month for one 
month to try it. Feel free to message me off list, as I thought about 
asking the library around here if they had anyone to mentor me.

BTW, you can git clone Chat GPT into a computer if you ave a really good 
GPU, in case you have to work with really sensitive data, such as 
HIPAA-related medical stuff..
