[DECtalk] human voice llc?

On the Blazie website, it says decTalk provided by Human Voice llc. Does
anyone know about this human voice llc company? Do they now own all the old
decTalks? Or is Blazie using one of the open source decTalks? still its
nice after all these years to see a new notetaker, running Linux, using
decTalk.
