[DECtalk] roku tv tts voice

Hi,

 

Does anyone know what tts voice the roku tvs use? I have an, ONN, TV, it's a
roku, from Walmart. It no longer says audio guide, but it says Roku screen
reader. It's a female voice that kind of sounds like the old svox pico or
maybe a lower-quality festival female voice.
